FAQs
What about course cancellations?
Courses need a minimum number of delegates before they can run. Sometimes a course may not attract enough delegates to be viable. TimesTwo does not have a large business overheads structure and can therefore often run courses with a smaller number of participants than other bigger organisations. However, if we have to cancel a course we will inform you in plenty of time in order to cause you the least possible inconvenience.
Can a course be delivered in school?
Yes – depending on when you would like it and availability of the trainer. The fee for this would be negotiable, but will generally be made up of the trainer’s fee, cost of resources, and any additional expenses such as travel or subsistence. Telephone or e-mail to discuss your needs.
What happens when I apply for a TimesTwo course?
Normally when you book a course you will receive an acknowledgement letter straight away to advise you that your application has been received.
You will then receive a second letter about two weeks before the course date, which will give you details of the location, a map and travel directions, and a reminder of the course start and finish times. If your application is received very close to the date of the course, then you would normally just receive the second letter. If you have sent an application in but have not heard anything then please contact us immediately by telephone on 07976 855769. You should definitely do this if you have not received the second letter by one week prior to the course.
